Terms of use
This Agreement governs the use of the shinebright.uz website and the procedure for purchasing products in the Shine Bright online store. By placing an order or registering on the website, you accept the terms of this Agreement.
1. Definitions
“Online Store” means the shinebright.uz website of the Shine Bright store, where you can browse products and place and pay for orders.
“User” means an individual who uses the website. “Customer” means a User who has placed an order.
“Product” means cosmetics, perfumes, lingerie, accessories and other goods presented on the website.
“Order” means a Customer’s completed request to purchase and receive products.
“Personal Account” means the section of the website containing the User’s data, accessed with a phone number and password.
2. General provisions
2.1. The store may change the terms of this Agreement. By continuing to use the website after any changes, the User agrees to the new version.
2.2. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must stop using the website.
2.3. Relations between the parties are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Registration
3.1. Registration is completed via the form on the website with phone number confirmation.
3.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their password secure.
3.3. It is prohibited to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or disrupt its operation. For such violations, the store may restrict access to the website.
4. Orders
4.1. Orders can be placed on the website 24/7.
4.2. After an order is placed, a manager contacts the Customer to confirm it and agree on a delivery time.
4.3. If a product is out of stock, the store will offer a replacement or cancel the item concerned.
4.4. Product images may differ slightly from the actual products in shade and packaging design.
5. Delivery and pickup
5.1. Courier delivery within Tashkent is free of charge. Orders can also be picked up at one of the Shine Bright stores.
5.2. Upon receipt, the Customer checks that the order is complete and the products are in good condition. The risk of accidental damage passes to the Customer at the moment of receipt.
6. Prices and payment
6.1. Prices are shown in Uzbek sum (UZS). Prices may change, but not for orders that have already been placed.
6.2. Orders can be paid online via Click or in cash upon receipt.
7. Returns and exchanges
7.1. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
7.2. Perfume and cosmetic products and underwear of proper quality are not eligible for exchange or return.
7.3. If a product turns out to be defective, notify us within 10 days of receipt and keep the product, its packaging and the receipt — we will replace the product or refund your money.
7.4. Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment.
8. Liability
8.1. The store is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the website, payment systems or communication networks, or for the actions of third parties.
8.2. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.
9. Personal data
9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
10. Final provisions
10.1. This Agreement takes effect from the moment it is accepted by the User.
10.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
