Privacy policy — Shine Bright

This Privacy Policy describes what personal data the Shine Bright online store (shinebright.uz) collects and processes, for what purpose, and how it is protected. By using the website, you agree to the terms of this Policy and to the processing of your data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

“Administration” means the authorised employees of the Shine Bright store who manage the shinebright.uz website and organise the processing of personal data.

2.3. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the data provided by the User and assumes that it is up to date and accurate.

3. What data we collect

3.1. When registering and placing an order, the User provides: name, phone number, date of birth, city, email address, gender, delivery address and, if necessary, the contact details of the person who will receive the order.

3.2. When you visit the website, technical data is collected automatically: IP address, cookie data, browser and device information, time of visit and pages viewed.

3.3. The website stores order history, favourites and cart contents. Disabling cookies may make the cart and personal account unavailable.

4. Purposes of processing

4.1. Registration and signing in to the personal account, including phone number confirmation via SMS.

4.2. Processing, payment and delivery of orders, and order status notifications.

4.3. Feedback and support: answering questions and advising on product selection.

4.4. Fraud prevention and resolving technical issues.

4.5. With the User’s consent, informing them about new arrivals, promotions and special offers.

5. Sharing data with third parties

5.1. The store does not sell or pass on personal data to third parties, except where necessary to fulfil an order: to the courier (name, phone, address), to the Click payment system for online payments and to an SMS service for sending confirmation codes.

5.2. Data may be disclosed to authorised government bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan only on the grounds and in the manner established by law.

6. Storage and protection

6.1. The Administration takes organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure and destruction.

6.2. Bank card details are processed on the payment system’s side and are not passed on to the store.

6.3. If data is lost or disclosed through no fault of the store, the Administration will promptly notify the User and take measures to prevent negative consequences.

7. Rights and obligations of the parties

7.1. The User undertakes to provide accurate data and to update it in their personal account when it changes.

7.2. The Administration undertakes to use the data only for the purposes set out in Section 4 and to keep it confidential.

7.3. The User may request the correction, blocking or deletion of their data, unsubscribe from newsletters and delete their account by writing to Shinebright@gmail.com.

8. Dispute resolution

8.1. Disputes relating to the processing of personal data are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute is heard in court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9. Changes to the Policy

9.1. The Administration may amend this Policy. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page.
