Delivery

You can receive your order by courier anywhere in Tashkent or pick it up yourself at one of our stores. You choose the delivery and payment method at checkout.

Courier delivery

Courier delivery is available throughout Tashkent and is free for customers.

After you place an order, a manager will contact you to confirm product availability and arrange a convenient delivery time.

When receiving your order, check that it is complete and that the products are in good condition in the courier’s presence.

Store pickup

You can pick up your order at one of the Shine Bright stores: 68 Sadyk Azimov St. or 6, 2nd Mirabad Passage (Mirabad Avenue).

Opening hours: Monday–Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00, Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00.

Come to collect your order once its status changes to “Ready for pickup”. We will also let you know by phone.

Payment

You can pay online via Click at checkout or in cash upon receipt.

If an online payment fails, your order is saved — you can contact us to retry the payment or choose to pay upon receipt.
